Last updated March 23, 2026. These terms govern access to the FlipRadar website and salvage auction intelligence workspace.
Business Use
FlipRadar is intended for business and professional use by operators evaluating salvage auction inventory. Account owners are responsible for authorized access inside their workspace.
Platform Scope
FlipRadar provides software, analytics, workflow tooling, and lot intelligence. It does not act as a licensed auction house, broker, insurer, title processor, or repair estimator.
Decision Responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own bidding, inspections, title review, compliance checks, parts valuations, repair assumptions, and purchasing decisions.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with system operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in a way that violates law, contract, or auction-source restrictions.
Availability and Changes
We may update features, pricing, and service terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
