What do I get for free?
The top five scored lots on the live board, the max bid calculator, and the browser extension. No card and no account.
What does Pro add?
Every scored lot on the live board, not just the top five, plus the Bid, Watch and Pass filters.
What does Dealer add?
Everything in Pro, plus a CSV download of the full board with the repair, resale, fee, profit and max bid columns, so you can work the list in a spreadsheet.
How does billing work?
Checkout runs on Stripe. Pro is $29 and Dealer is $49 a month in US dollars, charged on the day you subscribe and every month after until you cancel. Stripe emails the receipt. Promotion codes go in the box on the checkout page.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account and press Manage billing, then Cancel. The next charge doesn't happen and you keep access to the end of the month you already paid for. Partial months aren't refunded. If you're on a different device, the Account page has a Stripe billing login that emails you a link to manage or cancel.
Can I switch between Pro and Dealer?
Yes, from Manage billing. Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of the month.
Do I need a password?
No. After checkout this browser is signed in. To use another phone or computer, open Account and make a one-time device link.
What if the Copart feed stops?
The board pulls Copart's public search about every six hours, and Copart can change or block that without notice. The board shows when it last updated, so you can see if it has gone stale. If it stops for good, cancel and you won't be billed again.
